Hello all, I ran these programs because my ex was spying on me on both my laptops. I even downloaded Keyscrambler to help. Here are the files

    Malaware Bytes came up clean
Super Antispyware also came up clean

Here are the rest. I hope I did it right!

BTW, this computer Is from back when I was in nursing school, like 2006 so there may be some OLD files on there!

You forgot to attach the SUPERantispyware log. The Malware Bytes log, and the MGlogs.zip. (But if you check the last link I gave it explains all this)

You still did not attach the file requested. You renamed the newfiles.txt log to MGlog.zip and attached it. That is not what was requested. You need to attach the C:\Mglogs.zip file. No renaming and no making of your own ZIP file should be necessary. I can see the MGlogs.zip file in your root folder based on the newfiles.txt log. You just need to attach the correct file.

Sorry again, I can't seem to find the zip file when I searched my computer. Any ideas on where I would find the proper file?

    Thanks :)

I have a folder named MGtools. I'm just confused on which file from it I should attach.

As Chaslang says, he can actually see that it's there....

I'm not sure why you are having so much trouble finding/ attaching it. :confused

You need to attach the whole zipped file NOT individual files from within it! :)

Yes run it again and try attaching again. ;) Might be the easiest thing to do.
