Recently I have reset my computer while updating it from Windows 7 32bit to Windows 7 64bit. However, over the past few days, I've been trying to get my Webcam fixed. No matter where I looked there was a dead end.
    The Hardware IDs are:

    USB\VID_0C45&PID_6270&REV_0100
    USB\VID_0C45&PID_6270

Please, if someone could help, that would be great. Thank you for your time.

Visit the website of the webcam manufacturer and look for a Windows 7 64-bit driver.

I forgot to mention that, the Camera came in two parts, the bottom which clipped to something so it stay up right and the actual cam. The Cam is all I can find and it doesn't have any company names on it.

OC45 in the vendor list gave me this page
    http://www.pcidatabase.com/vendor_details.php?id=1664

The PID (product/device ID) is 6270. There are no drivers listed.

This is the page of the company

I don't see anything webcam related on the site, sorry.
I found this old thread but since it has more after the PID, this might not be your driver
http://www.techsupportforum.com/for...r-help-needed-vid-oc45-pid-6270-a-377640.html That link is dead. Searching for sonix webcam drivers leads to many shady sites. I would not trust downloading from them!

If this is a laptop built-in webcam you should find the 64 bit driver on the laptop manufacturer's support pages. I had a similar problem when I upgraded my Lenovo laptop to Win 8.1 - no webcam, but the drivers were available at Lenovo.

I don't think it is built in because of this statement
He can't find the bottom part which would have the brand and model on it.

If it were me and I could not get an aftermarket webcam to work and lost a piece with critical information and the install CD, I'd just get another camera.

Of course, I save all boxes, CDs and paperwork for items purchased. Every so often I cull through what I've saved and realize I got rid of something so out goes the box/papers/CD.
