Apps not centered in Win 10 TP (10049)

Most of my apps are not centered. I tried dragging it to the right but all that does is, create more blank space. Here's the mail app for you can see what I mean.

Asus Essenatio
Pross. AMD A8-5500 with Radeon HD Graphics
Ram. 6 GB

If you look top right where the usual maximise and minimise buttons are you will see a new button, an arrow running diagonally NE to SW. That will fix it.

 

I tried it both way Earthling, and I still can't get to the far right to scroll down. what else can I try.

It is only the Windows apps. All the ones I install are perfect.

 

No idea really. I guess you have tried to drag the title bar to the left?
