sound card drivers

ok gang so thanks to your help i managed a reformat and new installation of a legal copy of windows! now im haveing no sound, the problem is i dont know what sound card i have in my machine, how can i find this out so i can download drivers?

hmm either im not useing it right or its not working very well, is telling me one thing, then i click driver download and the website it goes to does not offer drivers anyone have any other ideas or help??
