CCleaner-AND-Duplicate Line in your Instructions
Trying to follow instructions ChasLang directed me to on "How to Protect Yourself from Malware" and have two questions:

1. Under Item No. 6, "Adjust Active X security settings" -- there is a duplicate line. It says "Set 'Initialize and Script Active X controls not marked as safe' to Disable, and directly below that it says "Set the Initialize and Script ActiveX controls not marked as safe to Disable. My question is, is one of those lines SUPPOSED to be directions on what to do with ActiveX controls that ARE marked as safe (and if so, what should it be set at?) -- or is it just a duplicate line by mistake and the ones marked as safe were not supposed to be addressed in this thread and should be left at whatever the default setting already was. . .

2. The CCleaner link from the thread (in Item No. 4), I went to and tried to download the item and I got several messages that said something to the effect of it might not be safe to download because "Unknown publisher" and "doesn't have a valid digital signature". This made me nervous so I didn't download it, I wanted to check and see if there's a different link that won't have those problems or please advise what I do about that.
