Windows can not open this file

    Can anyone tell me how to open it? I had it open before do not understand why this is there now?

    *.mht should be a web page in a single file, try opening it with Internet Explorer or Firefox.

    I am confused, a web page even though someone sent it to me? I think its graphics someone sent to me.
