Okay, so, I'm not sure if this goes under Games or here, but does anyone know how to install games from a disc on Linux? Actually, more specifically, it's Ubuntu 11.10.

I've gotten Steam installed and I'm trying to install Elder Scrolls Oblivion on my system. But I can't seem to get it to do it any way I try. I've tried Wine, found a non-MGs website that might have helped, but didn't.

    So basically...HELP! :-D

'Kay, folks! I got a new challenge for you!

I copied the CD to my computer, now it's complaining that I don't have a CD/DVDrom (duh!). Does anyone know where I can find a nocd patch or program for it? I know there's one for Baldur's Gate Shadows of Amn, but I don't know anything about that for Oblivion.

    HELP!

(Or is this illegal? ;) I'm not sure)
