firefox settings reset

I woke up this morning, turned on the PC, everything looks fine. I open a FF window and.... boom! Bookmarks and link-bar are gone. Later I realized that ALL firefox settings had been reset to default. However my browsing history is right there. This had to happen the day I needed my browser most in order to complete a school project :banghead. Thanks to a previous thread on Majorgeeks I managed to recover my bookmarks. Now I hope someone can come up with a solution on how to recover all my settings.
I need help ASAP guys....


edit: Note that all my cookies are in place too.

 

Save what you recovered and try a system restore?

Only thing I can find is this n looks like you may have recovered what you could from profile file.

Sry don't use FF, so I'm not much help here.
