MB NOD and chrome block/hijack ?

Hi guys,

I'vbe got a weird issue of possibly something blocking m alwarbytes AND eset nod32 and possibly hijacking my browser too.

Anyway to cut a long story short, couple of days ago this started happening, I tried to do a system restore but win8 wouldn't open the area to select it, same with task manager and other areas. Just either opened for a fraction of a second or not at all.
I ran chameleon for MB, did't work, also tried to run some other programs like combofix but they wouldn't open too. Tried renaming them and it came up with a compatibility error message.
After a while I decided to format the drive and reinstall windows because it was getting a bit crazy.

All went fine, windows reinstalled,MB was working, I got eset nod32 also and that was ok. Scanned with both and all that was found was one file (I forget the description MB gave but it wasn't deemed a trojan or such) and it was removed.


Today it started again, MB won't open, eset whenn I opened it popped up a message saying are you sure you wan't to close? and it closed. Next I went onto chrome to google if something can be blocking both and when I pressed enter to search chrome closed completely. I repeated it and it did the same thing.

Tried to click on a link in the forum that looked like it was similar but google closed again.

Can anyone help me with any ideas. Or queries if I've missed anything that might be elpful in resolving this?
