Removing Malware

Ok, Ive got this awful malware or virus, something nasty, that won't go away. Maybe it's 2 diff ones, or maybe they are somehow linked together. GorillaPrice and click.cpvrdr.com. Keeps trying to open in IE, which I never use. I use Chrome. I have seen a previous posting about the GorillaPrice, and printed out instructions, but I have never done a removal this detailed. Very confused.

So, can someone help me out here. Do I download MGtools from here? And when I open it up, the prompts will be there? What and where does HJT come into play? Is the OMT download here? Do I run it from start menu?

"copy the lines from the below code boc to the clipboard by highlighting all of them, etc., etc., then it says Code: there is nothing that printed out. Can someone possibly walk me thru this?

ok, i am guessing I need to attach files, but am confused as to what files and where I can find them.
