I have a Dell 19" analog monitor that I currently use with my Dell 8400. Works great with the Radeon x300 video card.

I built a pc with a Mach Speed Viper K8M8MS Socket 754 Motherboard which has onboard video. Here's the specs for the onboard video:

Video Chipset - Integrated VGA Engine Chipset
    Video Memory - 64MB Shared

My problem is that when scrolling in any window it is slow and "jittery" as it scrolls.
I had an old video card laying around with 64MB of memory (don't recall brand -but from 1994). I put it in and same problem.

The 19" Dell LCD works fine with my 8400 and it's Radeon x300 video card. Do I need a better video card to use a LCD with this pc I built? (AMD Sempron 2800 with 512MB).

    Thanks.
