nvrd32 sys help

hi
new here im trying to update my pc with a xp pro cd & it wont laod because i dont have nvrd 32 sys file
ive looked everywhere including microsoft
most site who have it want me to pay for it & clean my pc which i wont do

can any one help me with it

yes blond & have no idea what im doing

This file is a chipset driver and needs to be installed via F6 Floppy during initial install.

Have you tried the nvidia site?
