    In TOSHIBA Laptop
    MozillaFirefox-
The "Download this Video" button does not appear since I clicked a button which appeared in the browser to accelarate its loading.

    Internet Explorer-
After completing the initial download, a message appears requesting to refresh the page to complete the download. However, even after carrying out these instructions, the same message appears. This happened since last Wednesday, 20th May 2015. Until Tuesday, 19th May 2015, this worked.

    In kj00026 laptop
    MozillaFirefox-
The "Download this Video" button does not appear anyway.

    Internet Explorer-
    Message from Web Page
"Permission denied" appears even though it downloads the video. For the Video I downloaded from the TOSHIBA laptop on Tuesday, 19th May 2015, the same message appears in this laptop now.

Please advice on how to get the Realplayer downloader functioning.

Does this mean that you cannot download this one video to either PC, or that you moved a file of this one video that would not run on the TOSHIBA to the kj00026 laptop and then learned it wouldn't play on that PC, either? If you tried to play the same file on different computers (as in moved the file from one PC to another physically to see if it would play), this could be that the download didn't complete or simply that that one video is not downloadable as set by the page administrator.

Overall, whatever you clicked seems to have caused this problem. I am guessing that you probably picked up a script, somehow. Honestly, the only things I can think of to do are:

    1. On the Toshiba, run Malwarebytes' to see if it finds anything.
    2. If the problem isn't fixed with Malwarebytes', use system restore to go back to a time before you pressed the button in Firefox.

Just one question about the kj00026 laptop, specifically. Have you checked to make sure the RealPlayer plugin is enabled in Firefox? Maybe it somehow became disabled.

Was the button part of RealPlayer or was it something that popped up in a Window? What did it look like?

The situation was solved in the TOSHIBA Laptop by
    1. Re-installing the Realplayer
    2. Re-installing Mozilla Firefox.

The Download Button now appears in Internet Explorer but not in Mozilla Firfox.
The Plug-In Mozilla Firefox for Realplayer is enabled but still not functioning.

Anyway, since videos can now be downloaded through Internet explorer, the problem is solved.

    Thanks for your help.

    See you in future.

Thanks for the follow up. Way back the RealPlayer plugin would only ever work in IE. As for the Firefox plugin, sounds like maybe the writers at RP had a hard time keeping up the pace of change with Firefox and left the FF version of the plugin to flounder. Glad you got it back in IE, anyway. :)
