"Certificate signer not found" messages on secure pages using Kaspersky AV

Since I installed Kaspersky V6 to try, I have been receiving these "Certificate signer not found" messages on most secure pages. I use Opera, but I also receive messages using Firefox. I do NOT use IE, but have tried it and there aren't any messages using the same pages. I tried it on my Laptop and the same thing. Here are two examples (1st returns two, 2nd returns three messages);

XP Pro sp2,
Opera V7.27,
Firefox V2,
Verizon DSL using Westell modem/router (ports open),
No M$ or other firewall.

It still does this when the program is closed. It doesn't do it on my other HDD (same box, same O/S, different install) using ZoneAlarm.

Ideas?

 

It's not "fixed", only disabled.
Exactly what is done with these 'certificates' when a program as this 'reads' them? Why are the error messages from the browser(s) and not the program?

 

Kaspersky is checking the certificate on https site. The only programs using https are browsers so that's why you get it when you launch a browser and go to a secure site (the https) indicates a secure site.
