delay after clicking on program icon

Recently I went through the malware removal process, and then installed AdvancedSystemCare v5.2.0 PRO. I am not sure if this is a result, but now there is a longer delay after clicking on a program icon. I have set ASCPro to work automatically. I can hear the hard drive constantly chugging through stuff in the background. Does this slow down my computer? Prior to this the response time after clicking was quite fast, but now it seems definitely slower. I looked at the task manager, but didn't really know what to look for.
I have attached an ASC Diagnostic report, if that's a help.
Please keep suggestions simple, as I'm fairly basic with computers.
    Thanks.

Saw some other suggestions on similar threads about slow computers, so just ran the attached test reports using Speccy and Sentinel. Hoping I have supplied enough info to enable some helpful comment. Thanks.

Thanks Gloozit. Turned off the automatic running of Advanced System Care Pro. The computer speed returned to normal immediately. I will just run ASCPro once a week from now on. So simple, but makes a heap of difference to my computer. Much appreciated.
