    Hi,

I'm setting up an older Dell for use for a kid to play around on. I am installing a 40 GB HDD and after running fdisk on it Windows only sees it as 8 GB. LBA is enables, BIOS was updated and BIOS recognizes HDD as 40 GB. I have tried other drives as well. Thanks for any help.
