Username / Password

I am making a website for a company, and I want to be able to list things on the site that are locked from some people. I would like to have the owner on the site with his email address and everything, but make it so you needed to verify who you were somehow before it would let you just send him an email, if you know what I mean. is there a way to do this, so when someone clicks on "email me" for example, it asks you for a password, wouldn't have to be a user name and a password, just one.

 

why not make it a Form and only display the form if they know the password?
