    Hello!!
    Nice work MBAM.
Malewarebytes is now identifying malicious IP addresses as incoming or out going. Before they were just blocking IP addresses and not identifying if they were in or out.
    I love my MBAM!!
I get these Chinese addresses trying to hack my PC all the time, but MBAM stops them.
I can't understand why they want to hack my PC.
Anyone here know why the Chinese would want to hack me??
I guess they just don't like me.
    Anyone else having this problem?
Maybe I should stop bad mouthing their software; you think.

My guess is that due to heavy internet censorship in China, there's probably lots of folks portscanning, looking for usable proxies, not necessarily a hack attempt.
Out of curiosity, are you using the paid version of mbam ? I havent seen anything like the screencap you showed from my free version .

    Hello FED UP.
    Thank you for your reply.
Yes I have the paid version of MBAM.
I would never connect to the internet without MBAM running in real time.
I started getting these shorty after I started bad mouthing IObit software. I get a lot of them.
My neighbor uses the same ISP that I use and he doesn't get these Chinese IP addresses blocked.
I'm not an expert on these kind of things, but I have my theory why I get them and my neighbor doesn't.
Call me paranoid or crazy. I'm probably both.

You think the Chinese are out to get you now?;)
    For revenge maybe?rolleyes:cry

    Don't think it too likely.
As stated before, probably just looking for a way to access the internet.

    Hello!!
I get these all the time. I do not know what their intention is but I'm not going to allow them to find out..
MBAM is 25$ for a life time license. That's pretty cheap for all it does. I wouldn't connect to the internet without MBAM running in real time and you shouldn't either. Skip a nite out and buy it.

Thanks for your link. That's old news.
I have my theory, but let's not go there.
I don't want this thread closed.
Major Attitude has already taken care of the dispute between IObit and MBAM. This is some thing different.

    Hello hrlow.
I don't know why I get these and my neighbor who has the same ISP doesn't.
I don't intend to allow these IP addresses, so I probably won't find out their intention rolleyes

I'd be hard pressed to find a post where you did not mention IObit in negative light, but for one of their apps you use.

If you'd just posted the screen shots and asked for some clarity on how or why MBAM is doing what its doing. You'd get a tech response.

    Yes.. And it's not easy.
I should keep shut before I get a warning.

    Cheers
