Installing old Photshop 5 but got MS-DOS error!

I was trying to install Photoshop 5 after recently slicking my hard drive when I received the following error: Running windows XP.

" Windows/system 32/ autoexec.nt The system file is not suitable for running ms-dos & microsoft windows application. Choose close to terminate this transaction."

This has never happened to me before when installing from this disk. Anyone know why it would start now, or how to fix it?

I am having thsi problem too, i tried doing what microsoft said to do, but it didnt work. I also uninstalled SP2. Any ideas? Heres the link the microsoft pg.
