'Windows host process (Rundll32) has stopped working'
A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.

I keep randomly getting this message pop-up.

Can someone tell me what this is and how to fix it?

This is a fix that seems to work for others in your situation:

    1. Go to computer, your main drive, program files, common files, Ahead, DSfilter.
    2. Rename "NeroVideoProc.ax" to say "1NeroVideoProc.ax"
    3. Rename "NeVideo.ax" to say "1NeVideo.ax"
    4. Reboot the computer

If you still have the same issue when windows starts back up, can can change the file names BACK, and post to let us know.
