my computer is having trouble loading web pages
    it is slower than normal
a few weeks ago i had a windows pop up telling me my "virtual memory" was low/full or something like that
my connections, drive memory, and computer usage are all normal

i know this problem is not virus related
but i think i need to adjust my virtual memory maybe

    any ideas?

I HIGHLY recommend a defrag on your computer.

Also, how much FREE disk space do you have on your hard drive? Primarly your "c:\" drive?
