PC doctor or Threatfire

    Since it seems Threatfire slows everything down running along side MSE,, will Rising PC Doctor do just as a job without blocking my Win Updates????

    I did not think Threatfire was being developed anymore. You may want to look at Kingsoft PC doctor. Seems to do a lot of things including scanning for malware. I was still able to download and install updates with it. I would stay away from the registry cleaner and tune up utilities.

    I think you may be right. I heard Rising PC Doctor blocks Windows Updates. If anyone knows if it does or doesn't , I would be grateful for your input. Thanks for your quick reply tgell.
