    hi,
i have a weird problem..my athlon tbred 2400+'s temperature is kinda high..
with an activity of the cpu between 25 and 40% the temperature is 58 celsius!!!
i have a volcano thermaltake cooler 11+ and the rpm is 4750!!

i wanna overclock but...with this temperature i think is impossible..
    why is this happening?
the voltage of the cpu is 1.65!
i have no case fans..and my case is under my desk in a relatively tight place..but is this affecting so much of the temperature?

I run both sides of my case off 24/7 and have one 120mm fan blowing in on the side aimed at the CPU it runs WAY cooler like that but you cant always do that thow pets and stuff lol.....
