Window 7 Movie Maker Problem

    Hi, I downloaded movie maker for windows 7 here

    The problem is, when I try to add photos, the preview screen is blank.

    The format is jpg.

    This is my system information

    I already tried reinstalling and repairing. My display drivers are updated.

    By Windows Update, or from the manufacturer's website?

    P.S. by "manufacturer" above I don't mean the computer maker, but the maker of your graphics card.

    Hi, thanks for the replies, I already found the solution.

    For anyone having the same problem, uninstall movie maker 2012 and use 2011 instead.
