Weird net issue for a few minutes after start up

Hi,

For the past few days I've been having a few issues with connecting to the internet- where after start up, I'm able to connect to Skype, however I'm unable to connect to browsers or any other net dependent programs for a few minutes. After simply waiting for a few minutes it seems to fixes itself and works fine.

Just wondering how I'd fix this issue, as it's becoming rather irritating! I use Windows 7 if that helps at all .

Start
Run command typing msconfig
Ok

Going to Start up tab
pushing Disable all
Apply
Ok

windows is asking you about restarting your machine , do it , is a laptop or a desktop ? Go to Start - right click to Computer - Properties - in System tab you can write about your System specs ( cpu , ram ) :wave
