Remote Access using XP

Hi All,
Hoping someone is able to point me in the right direction. I am trying to set up remote access between my work computer (Host) and home computer. We can't get it working.

Both computers have XP Professional.

My boss has set up the Host computer, but I am not able to set up my side.

Start
Programs
Accessories
Communications
Remote Desktop Communications
When typing in the Host computers IP address in this box - click connect - the following comes up - Remote Computer Disconnected.

Any suggestions on what I need to check? I asked my boss to check what his done & he is sure he has done everything correct, so it must be me??

 

Did you able in modem the port acess?
