Lost files after X-Image Recovery

    I have an Asus G37S laptop. After an auto update by Asus, my laptop would not bootup, Asus had me run X-Image recovery for a factory reset. How do I recover all my files on my C: drive. Also how do I recover all my email files and folders? I tried Reimage repair software program, but it did not find any files.

    When you ran X-Image to do a factory reset, you reset the computer to the way it was when it left the factory. So, anything else you had put on the drive is gone. Sorry.
