Trojan Dropper?

I had a prob.w/the SaHomeAgent.I performed the "Read me Before Asking For Sup.:Basic Spyware,Trojan And Virus Removal".I did the actions called for word for word.It did clean quite a bit out,but!...there is something in there that niether of the utilities would get rid of.
C:\Windows\system32\06wu29rd.exe-TrojanDropper:Win32/small.GT
Does anybody have any additional advice of what to do ?If so, thanks in advance.Espeacially the 2 that responded on the 1st thread!

did you try the alternative scans listed in the tutorial? (in safe mode) ?

yes I used the additional utilities and did them in the normal as well as the safe mode.

Now post a HijackThis as a .txt file attachment to your message. All running programs should be closed, including your web browser, e-mail, items in the tray, anything you can close... Close before running Hijack This!

Do NOT run Hijack This from the Desktop, a temp folder or choose run it directly from the downloaded ZIP file. Place it in its own folder, for example C:\Program Files\HJT
