Trend Micro and rundll32- Help!

    On my computer, I noticed a rundll32.exe running in my Windows task master. I did a search in my files to see what rundll32 is. There were 9 things that popped up in my search. 1 rundll32 had system after Windows (windows/system). The other 8 had windows/prefetch. Someone told me that the ones with windows/prefetch have a trojan and that I should run Trend Micro to get rid of it. I have 2 questions.
    Is Trend Micro ok to run?
    Does anyone know if this guy was right concerning the trojan?

    It's okay to run Trend Micro's online scan. I doubt the ones in prefetch are trojans. It is normal to see 4 or 5 of these there. In fact I have 5 right now.
