Frequent popups

Hey, I am having trouble with casino/online dating/smiley website pop-ups. I thought downloading the MSN toolbar would have helped them, but they still come up. I followed the tutorial for the HJT thing and I'm still getting some pop-ups here and there. Other than using HJT to fix them, what else would I be able to use (that's free) to help me not get anymore popups?

And I'm not sure if I fixed it with HJT completely... Maybe posting the log can help? Thanks in advance.

If so, go ahead and attach a fresh HJT log and someone will take a look as time permits.

I tried some settings from the link and they made my uploading incredibly hard. I'm finally able to post a reply without taking forever.

Uploading is still taking forever.

 

I did everything in that link. I've downloaded avast, ccleaner, spybot, sygate firewall. Something is making uploading hard and actually non-existent. Patience is not my virtue and I can't help noticing that it's weird when it takes 20 minutes for it to just shut down on me anyway, when I try to upload something. By shut down it basically says it cannot find a server.

I don't think you want me to post it in the reply but how am I going to get the HJT log to you to review?

Or do you think there is anther problem? I'm also trying to delete an account on my computer (they don't use it anymore) and the computer is not letting me. I'm the administrator so I don't understand what the problem is.
