Frustrated! Drivers question

    I had to format my computer, and reinstall XP. Now, I only have a 4 bit color scheme. From what I found, I think I need the "Intel(R) 82801DB Ultra ATA Storage Controller - 24CB" driver. I'm not sure what I need to do. Can any one help?!

    ATA refers to your Hard Drive. Sounds like you need Video Drivers.

    Can you post some more specs? If you use EVEREST Home:

    Computer > Summary open Report and save the "System Summary" as a .txt file and then post this will be able to provide a lot greater advice with more baseline info:)
