computer will only start up with startup repair

Before this started where you having any issues with your PC? did you install or update and driver or software?
Do you eventually get into normal mode windows?
Can you boot to safe mode?


At times startup repair can run multiple times before its fixed the error, so more info on how many fines this has happened and did you at all abruptly stop the process?

If you can get into normal or safe mode windows then from an admin cmd prompt (type cmd into the start search box and right click run as administrator) then type

bcedit /set {default} recoveryenabled No

and hit enter and reboot, but be warned that whatever is causing this may error your pc again, so if you canget into windows do backup your important docs etc
