please help

if i try to open internet explorer insted of going to my homepage it goes to thesafetytool.com/ and a pop up comes up i cant get rid of it and plus i now get popups which i never used to get and i get a pop up at the main toolbar bottom right saying 'security alert spyware found' and if i click this it redirects me to antivermins.com/?aff=11018 wanting my to download,

i downloaded mozilla firefox and this works fine but internet

ive already tried norton but it does nothing and AVG and spybot please help

 

Welcome to MG nick. It;s obviously malware so maybe you should open a thread in the malware section. It would be good to read the Read and Run guide to help our malware geeks help you

as sailor said start a thread over in the malware forum. the guys over there do a great job and will help you out. they have saved me more than a few times....
