Help - OCA _ Device driver error

error message sent to MS. Everytime I send this to MS it comes back ONLINE CRASH ANALYSIS - Device driver problem, unable to identify driver.

Dell 2350 running Win XP, sp 1 2.2g Pentium 4

Does this error code tell any of you anything ??

The computer comes up to a blue screen, usually upon start-up, occasionally at random, saying a serious system error has occurred and Windows is being shut down to protect the computer. When restarted the error dialog starts up saying a serious error has occured, Send / don't send to MS.

How do I figure out which driver is causing the problem. ??

I will post more system data as soon as I get a program downloaded.

I'm having the same problem...major crash followed by error message "device driver, etc." as mentioned in other post. I looked at the other attachment, looked like a de-bug log, but I couldn't decipher it. How do I tell which device driver is causing the problem...I'm pretty sure its related to video, but don't know how to isolate it. Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
