First off, I am aware that to disable startup processes all I have to do is go into Msconfig and disable them that way, but...

I have certain processes listed in the Task Manager 'Processes' area that are not available to disable via Msconfig.

These are processes such as ati2evxx, wdfmgr & wrsssdk.

These are just resource laggers and I have to keep going into the processes tab and disabling them that way every time I start up my PC.

The only way of disabling them completely that I can think of is to delete them completely, but I don't want to just INCASE I need them some time.

Is there any way I can stop these certain processes from running every time the PC boots up via another way than Msconfig?

ati2evxx - I guess you have an ATI card. (Don't delete)
wdfmgr - Windows Driver Foundation Manager (keep this one)
wrsssdk - Webroot Spy Sweeper (I guess you're running that too)

Do some research before nixing anything, you can make your computer inoperable.;) :)
