    Hello,
    has anyone ever heard of "unlockme.ifyoucan@mailinator" it seems to have my computer files locked up and i can' open them. I believe it is a ransomware virus or malware but i can't find any information on this.also malwarebytes and my antivirus cannot find it ........any ideas?, thank you.

    I have not heard of this ransomware. Are all your files locked? Did you get a ransom demand? If it is ransomware and you can't open any files, there is probably nothing you can do except reformat and reinstall.

    thank you for quick response. the program encrypted my files and folders, I am running kaspersky recovery disc now. I will give an update when i get the results
