need help for ATI and realtek drivers

I recently reinstalled windows after a disaster of deleting a partition.

of course my drivers have all gone away to driver heaven and now I need new ones.

I have the Radeon xpress 200 chipset as my graphics card

I have a realtek sound card... I think . On my product specification from the website it says onboard sound card.
it said RTL8100C on the side of a realtek chip inside my pc

my pc is a packard bell Imedia1459 with XP if this is any help. I've tried the site for downloads but it only has one driver download and its for a realtek ethernet of some kind. I'm sure I have a realtek sound card because before I reinstalled windows the little realtek symbol would apper next to my clock and allow me to ajust sound options.
