Major pain, need help from Major Geeks

First I apologize, I tried to send a message last night and selected private message by mistake. I am trying to correct that with this thread. I picked up something last night that keeps trying to install an application called "System Protection" or "Protection System" to remove virus' that I acquired. e.g., win32.hala.a and many others. I downloaded all the apps from Major Geeks however I am unable to install SuperAntiVirus or remove Xoft malware that I had already installed. My windows installer appears to not be there. I do have "view all hidden files" on and still can't see Windows Installer on the path you provided, so I have no way to run the first step to capture logs. Is there something else that we can start with?? I did successfully run AVG antivirus and it removed 20 of 27 viruses but still has not resoled the problem. So at this point I don't know what to do.... Help
