Disabling alt-tab

I've been kicked out of games a lot due to alt tab ><

I'm just wondering, is there a way to block this combination?

1. Start the Registry Editor (regedit.exe)
2. Move to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
3. Double click on Coolswitch
4. Set to 0 and click OK
5. Close the registry editor

You need to restart the computer for this to take effect
