Not Responding

    Not sure what is wrong with my brand new comp. I have tried to load WOW Crusades on there and it gets halfway into the install and then freezes and says not responding. I keep trying and it will get alittle further or sometimes shorter but the end result is Not Responding any Idea?

    I am thinking about just whipping the whole comp clean and just reinstalling everything.

    Any help with this would be helpful.
