read and run me steps

Hi,
I am new and not very computer wise. I have a post in malware called limewire. That is where this problem started. I have gotten as far as the step to run mgtools and this is what I get.
failed to ensure dir exist:\MGtools
Not sure what to do now. I am also getting the vista antivirus 2008 pop ups and it is in the right corner with other icons running.

thank you, I will try to be more patient. Just thought there could be a simple reason for being stuck opening mgtools.
