I downloaded Reimage Repair and after running the program, the results showed malware inside Reimage Repair.
    How is this possible?

Reimage Repair is not software I would personally EVER use...

Just because I personally wouldn't use it doesn't mean that OTHERS wouldn't! :) And I wouldn't worry about the result, I've previously seen both RogueKiller AND Hitman Pro identify themselves as threats. Sometimes happens.

    Thanks.

I forgot to mention, the second time I ran Reimage Repair (I often double-check) my updated version of Avast promptly quarantined it. That's 2 strikes...

IMNSHO There's definitely :crap in the drinking water...

Reimage Repair affects system files, which is why your AV software flags it. If you want to use it, disable your AV software for the duration.
