Hi all and I need help.

Names Don, I've been on this site several times and downloaded a few programs. I've been satisfied with everything. BUT,
I'm not sure where to post this particular question, as I've just now joined up.
Anyway, something hijacked my files. I did have to do a system restore back to the end on March and all 'seemed' ok. Now I get this...

They want $500 to unblock my files rolleyes.
Any cure?????

Thanks for any answers. I'll elaborate as to specifics if needed as to what occurred as far as having to restore system.
