My Networx is not working.

    Hello.

    I have a wifi router with 16 users. I want to monitor all the internet usage. I have an application called Networx and i cant seem to get it working.

    Setting up Networx: Monitor - All wireless connections,
    I choose SNMP and an IP address for the wifi router,
    Error message: "Router interface cannot be empty. Probably your router does not support SNMP." ,
    I have gone to the router and SNMP is not a selectable option,
    The router is: CANYON CN-WF514M,
    We are running windows 8.1.

    Please could you help us setup this Networx program.
