Can Anyone Explain ???

Can anyone explain what ( n-CASE) is???

System: AMD ATHALON 2000XP+
MSI K7TURBO motherboard.
Geforce4 MX440 graphics card
Windows XP pro operating system
on service pack 1.

When i connect to the net after startup i get this window saying
that i need to install n-CASE software..

Please see attatched screenshot.

Hope you wizards can help me !!!

N-case is not a hacker app, or a virus, so I'm guessing not.
