    I have a xml database with over 350 entries already in it. I added a new element for all new entries. Is there a programmically I can go and add the new element at the end of each entry, like a patch.

    ment to say is there a procedure that will read each entry, and add the new element at the end.

    <dat att="x">
    <e1>3i</e1>
    <e2>3b</e2>
    thats is how my xml is set up

    Are you adding variable values to each of those new elements, or are you just adding static/blank values to the new elements? XML is plain text, so you could use a text editor with find/replace to do this.

    Unless I am missing details about why you need to do it in C#...
