I have Win Me and found Win-dh in my add/remove programs but can't get rid of it by simply clicking the button, any other way to rid it?

What happens when you try to use Add/Remove programs to remove it?
Do you get any error messages?
Did you try removing it after booting in safe mode?

If you have this, you may have other problems. You should seriously consider running the below.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.
    • Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support
    • Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.
    • Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.
    • After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
    • When you return to make your next post, make sure you attach the following logs and that you have run these scans in the following order too (these scans are covered in steps 6 & 7 of the READ & RUN ME sticky)
      • Bitdefender
      • Panda Scan
      • HijackThis
    .

In regular mode when i click on remove it waits a little bit then pops back to the top and when i scroll back down its still there,in safe mode after i click remove it works a little then freezes my computer up and i have to reboot.

Okay! Then complete the procedure I gave you. Also please add the below to it.

Let's get an installed programs list from HijackThis too!
    • Run HijackThis, click Open the Misc Tools section
    • Click Open Uninstall Manager
    • Click Save List (generates uninstall_list.txt)
    • Click Save, to save it to a file where you can find it.
    • Attach the uninstall_list.txt file to your next message.

Please do what I asked in message # 4.

Also you did not attach the CounterSpy log as requested in the READ & RUN ME since you are running Windows 98

Download HOSTER and then follow the below steps.
    • Unzip Hoster to a convenient folder such as C:\Hoster
    • Run Hoster.exe, click Restore Original Hosts and then click OK.
    • Click the X to exit the program
Now run the below procedure and attach the requested log afterwards:

    Look2Me VX2 Removal

Then continue onto the below. Hopefully if the above runs, it will fix some of the long list of items I have below.

Make sure viewing of hidden files is enabled (per the tutorial).

Run HijackThis and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [{61-11-1E-E6-ZN}] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\PODSREGS.EXE GID002
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [QQRQHVJA] C:\WINDOWS\QQRQHVJA.exe

    O9 - Extra button: (no name) - {CD67F990-D8E9-11d2-98FE-00C0F0318AFE} - (no file)

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.

If you get an error when deleting a file. Right click on the file and check to see if the read only attribute is checked. If it is, uncheck it and try again. Other wise open Task Manager and kill the process if running then delete the file.

Now if running Win XP goto c:\windows\Prefetch and delete all files in this folder.
Now run Ccleaner (installed while running the READ ME FIRST).

Now we need to Reset Web Settings:
    1. If you have an Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop, goto step 2. If not, skip to step 3.
    2. Now right click on your desktop Internet Explorer icon and select Properties. Then click the Programs tab and then click "Reset Web Settings". Now go back to the General tab and set your home page address to something useful like www.majorgeeks.com. Click Apply. Click Delete Cookies, Click Delete Files and select Delete all Offline content too, Click OK. When it finishes Click OK. Then skip step 3.
    3. If you do not have an Internet Explorer icon on your Desktop, click Start, Control Panel (for some systems it may be Start, Settings, Control Panel), Internet Options, Programs tab and then click "Reset Web Settings". Now go back to the General tab and set your home page address to something useful like www.majorgeeks.com. Click Apply. Click Delete Cookies, Click Delete Files and select Delete all Offline content too, Click OK. When it finishes Click OK.
Now reboot in normal mode and post a new HJT log.

Make sure you tell me how things are working now.

Reminder Note: Once we have determined you are malware free you will need to disable System Restore, reboot, and re-enable system restore per step 1 of the READ & RUN ME. This only applies to if using WinXP or WinMe.

Look2Me-Destroyer would not re-open for me in one minute as instructed after i waited about 2 or 3 minutes so I rebooted and tried again, this time I waited 10 minutes and still nothing happened so I skipped that and fixed the problems in HJT then went into safemode and deleted most of them files (a couple i couldn't find) and rebooted back to normal and posted a new HJT and i'm also attaching the counter spy that i forgot to post earlier. It seems to be running fine and I looked in the ad/remove programs and noticed the Win-dh is gone now,but in its place now is something called "Zeno Search Assistant Remover" don't know if thats good or not.

No it is bad! That is what we were fixing in the below lines:
    O4 - Startup: Z_Start.lnk = C:\WINDOWS\zigi.exe
    O4 - Startup: Zeno.lnk = C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\lwinpqag.exe

And also what CounterSpy was showing you with:
Try using Add/Remove programs to uninstall it and tell me what happens. It has added a new line to your HJT log that we will also try to fix below.

As far as Look2Me-Destroyer is concerned, I'm starting to wonder if it will actually run properly on Win9x systems. After reading your message I tried it and got the same results but I do not have a Look 2 Me infection to actually find anything. I wonder if it only popups if something is found. You did have infected files on you system though.

Note: If the uninstall of Zeno actually works, the below may not be found!

Run HijackThis and select the following lines but DO NOT CLICK FIX until you exit all browser sessions including the one you are reading in right now:
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [BrowserUpdateSched] C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\LWINPQAG.EXE GID002

    After clicking Fix, exit HJT.
Boot into safe mode and use Windows Explorer to delete:
    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\LWINPQAG.EXE

Now if running Win XP goto c:\windows\Prefetch and delete all files in this folder.
Now run Ccleaner (installed while running the READ ME FIRST)
    .

Now reboot in normal mode and post a new HJT log.

Make sure you tell me how things are working now.
