Quick launch

    I have a icon for an excel spreadsheet in my quick launch bar. Since yesterday, all of a sudden, intermittently when I boot up, the icon moves to the far right end of the quick launch. I have them set where I want them, with Show Desktop on the far right, and the others where I want them. Lock the toolbars is selected. How do I get the icon to stay put?
