Internet slow. "netstat" command shows many connections

    Hello,

    As stated in the title my internet connection is slow. I called my broadband internet provider, they checked my 'netstat -n' and found out high number of TCP. They said the problem was in my computer. I don't understand much, so I assume it has something to do with malware or spyware.
    In the attachment is what the "netstat -n" command shows

    Actually that is a fairly small number of connections which are all valid. Some are to Microsoft, some to Google, Twitter, and Cablevision and some local loops to your own PC which are all quite normal.
