Ok after 50 tries trying to download combofix i finally DL it, i am still getting the same error message using mgtools, and a funny thing i see a procdll.txt saved on my desktop it is empty im guessing this has to do with the process.Dll message i keep getting from trying to run mgtools

I am not seeing any malware in your logs. You did not attach the Combo log. What issues are you having?

    Thanks for the fast response,

Well i did go to the remove malware section of this forum and did what was said to be done for os win xp.

Right now i am running a dell 1501 dell Inspiron laptop, AMD processor, Windows xp

Just a little while ago i tried running my super anti spyware prog under safe mode and the laptop shut off completely the same happened the other day when i tried to system restore

Every time i try typing it lags for a whole second for every character, Can't open Pdf files now neither!!!

The last problem i had around February was that i could not restore to a earlier time i had to go to safe mode to run a system restore , but from my understanding it was Microsoft fault for that issue.

I included the combofix.txt sorry about that and for some reason i can not run mgtools i get a process.dll error

And for some strange reason all my internet setting was not running correctly i had to call my internet provider to give me a walk threw to get it started again he himself stated i must have a maleware issue please help.

I am not seeing any malware in your logs. The only thing reported was from your nod32 log....an issue in FireFox. Perhaps you should uninstall it completely and then run CCleaner and reinstall it.

Otherwise your logs are clean. I would suggest that you post in the software forum for your other issue and maybe consider doing a repair install.

Since you are not having any malware problems, it is time to do our final steps:
    1. We recommend you keep SUPERAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware for scanning/removal of malware. Unless you purchase them, they provide no real-time protection. They are useful as backup scanners. They do not use any significant amount of resources ( except a little disk space ) until you run a scan.
    2. If we had you use ComboFix, uninstall ComboFix (This uninstall will only work as written if you installed ComboFix on your Desktop like we requested.)
      • Click START then RUN and enter the below into the run box and then click OK. Note the quotes are required
      • "%userprofile%\Desktop\combofix" /u
        • Notes: The space between the combofix" and the /u, it must be there.
        • This will uninstall ComboFix and also reset hidden files and folders settings back to Windows defaults.
    3. Any other miscellaneous tools we may have had you install or download can be uninstalled and deleted.
    4. If running Vista, it is time to make sure you have reenabled UAC by double clicking on the C:\MGtools\enableUAC.reg file and allowing it to be added to the registry.
    5. Go to add/remove programs and uninstall HijackThis.
    6. Goto the C:\MGtools folder and find the MGclean.bat file. Double click on this file to run this cleanup program that will remove files and folders related to MGtools and some other items from our cleaning procedures.
    7. After doing the above, you should work thru the below link:
